LEAD TIMES ON ORDERS

We have a 8-10 working day lead time on all items with no personalisation. 

For all personalised orders, we have a 8-14 working day lead time, excluding the shipping lead time. 

Pre-Ordered items have a lead time of three weeks. (No christmas) 

Pre-Order Notice: All Christmas sets are a preorder and preorders will close on the 22 November 2022 and will be dispatched for Santa to deliver on the first week of December (01-09) 2022

If your order is urgent, please kindly contact us directly before ordering to see if we can accommodate your deadline.

We offer a rush order fee however this does not apply to pre-ordered items. If you order contains any pre-ordered items it will be held back or we can split the packages for you.

LOCAL SHIPPING PROCEDURE

Local shipping within South Africa is charged at a flat rate of R150. Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Durban and delivery times may vary depending on location. 

You will receive an email (if you have selected this option) as soon as your order has been shipped. The email will include a tracking number and link to where you can track your order.

Delivery lead time is one-three working days, with the exception of outlaying areas which may go up to five working days. 

During sale periods and pandemics, dispatch times may increase and shipping transit may take up to four working days.

At Adore Couture we make use of The Courier Guy to ship all our packages. (majority of the time, not exclusively and if you wish for your preferred service provider please stipulate). They are one of the most recognised and well-known courier services in South Africa and offer a great service. Once your package has been handed over to them and checked into their facility it is out of our control and they will be responsible for the delivery to you. Adore Couture is not responsible if your order has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date once we have handed your parcel over to our courier service. If there is a delay in the delivery (due to strikes etc.) there will not be refunds, nor is Adore Couture responsible for any theft, lost or damaged parcels. We, unfortunately have no control over a parcel that is with a 3rd party (courier).

COLLECTION

Collection is a new option we are offering to our Durbanites. You will be able to collect from our Umhlanga Dispatch Office.

After you have placed your order online, you will receive confirmation of your order. The usual time frames for your order will apply excluding shipping. Once your order is ready for collection, you will be contacted by The Adore Team to arrange collection by appointment in advance based on availability. Please note the full address will be disclosed in this message.

Our collection is purely by appointment and our times are 10:00-15:00 Monday - Thursday and 10:00-13:00 Friday
We DO NOT work weekends and public holidays. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PROCEDURE

We ship internationally using DHL or Aramex as chosen at our complete discretion and amended to alternatives such as (SAPO) from time to time for all orders outside South Africa. 

Please allow up to 10-15 working days for your order to arrive for EXPRESS shipping.

For STANDARD shipping anything from 30 days - 120 days depending on the area, delays, strikes etc. This is for (SAPO - South African Post Office)

Packages may incur delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to countries outside of South Africa.

Adore Couture makes every effort to ensure a smooth delivery however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or additional taxes and duties charges that may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import taxes and duties and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

We provide an approximate delivery date for pre-orders. Please note that these dates are an indication only and whilst we aim to deliver on schedule we are not responsible or liable for any delays that may occur from time to time.
