Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before you make your purchase. Please also check your order carefully before placing the order and making payment.
If you have paid for your order, your order can't be cancelled and you are not liable for a refund nor can you amend or make any changes to the order.

TERMS OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Adore Couture, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and great fit.
Please select orders carefully using the sizing guide as a guidance (allow for 1-3 cm difference) and we also recommend choosing one size up as you never want your sleepwear fitted.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges on any personalised garments. There will be no refunds for personalised garments which size was chosen incorrectly by the client. If you have purchased sleepwear without any custom embroidery you are welcome to a store credit, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. (These are customised orders and made to your order). Kindly note that even though shorts are not personalized it was bought as a set and not sold separately and therefore is not eligible for an exchange if the top is personalized
To exchange your non-personalised item please email our friendly customer care team at email@example.com where we will assist further. Please note that all exchanges must be returned to our head office within 7 days from receiving your order.
In the event of an item that has not been personalised an exchange needs to be done, the customer is liable for the arrangement of the courier to return the item to us for exchange and will be liable to pay the shipping cost to receive the new garment back to you.
Failure to abide by the wash guide instructions, Adore Couture won't be responsible for negligence.
Please note that: Adore Couture checks the quality of every product prior to dispatch. Any water marks from the steamer or chalk marks, as well as hand made flat piping are not considered a defect. In the unlikely event of a fault, Adore Couture will first offer to repair any minor faults. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your email to us must disclose the fault in the item along with photographic evidence and must supply proof of purchase. This must be made within 24hrs of the product/s being delivered. If deemed faulty by Adore Couture the client must return (Client is responsible to courier the item to us) the product/s within 7 days of receiving your order. Adore Couture will only offer to replace or provide you with a credit note for your order where the item has demonstrated a major fault that cannot be repaired by us and that the damage is due to factory default. No exchanges or refunds will be offered if we deem that the damage to the item was caused in any way by the client.
PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Reduced or sale products are not eligible for return, including non-personalised items.
For promotions which involve a complimentary item, said complimentary item cannot at any stage be exchanged for another item, nor refunded or returned due to a product fault.

Due to differences in monitors/phones, colours of products may also appear different to those shown due to light variations.
