We regret No Refunds

If you have paid for an order based on a quote, invoice or online amount and you decide to cancel the order or any part of the order once a payment has been received you will NOT be liable for any repayment or refund. The onus is on you to check your order before you place the order and pay any deposit. 


Adore Couture understands that different styles suit different body types.
If a product is an incorrect size or you wish to swap for another style, our stylist team will happily help to find a size and/or style to suit you.
We allow 5 business days from date of delivery for items to be returned back to our warehouse. If 5 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and no sign of marks or make-up.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Personalised or custom-made items are not available for exchange or refund unless the garment is damaged.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed.
All exchanges must be exchanged by the purchaser and the issued order number must be provided.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be exchanged.

Personalized or customized items

We only replace or offer a credit note if they are received in a defective or damaged manner.
Water marks caused by our irons and steamers will not be returned as these are temporary and wash out.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You will need to pay an additional shipping cost to dispatch your new item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit note due to defects, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit note.
Please note that we are not responsible for any items damaged during transportation or theft. If you wish to insure your parcel please contact us directly to arrange this for you.
